"We arrived at 16:15 after a 7 hour journey to find the entrance door locked and no lights seen inside and no sign of anyone about. We waited about 15 minutes then decided we needed to go elsewhere to stay and rest. The hotel sent me a text message in the evening asking me to contact them for information on Registration !!!! The final off putting thing was a giant shiny black bull at the entrance, and the whole place looked rather off putting."
