"For someone coming to work for a week in Toronto the suites are very handy. Easy to pick up food/drink ahead of time and with the fridge and microwave can reheat. Saves money on not having to eat out every night and pay for drinks. LCBO in the Eaton Centre and lots of food options. Room was clean and large with 2 decent sized and good TVs. Housekeeping was good and polite. Of course I tip daily and they do appreciate that. Anyway recommend the place for the price and location. A few bums around but you'll get that anywhere downtown. Hotel felt safe that's just any big urban core. "

"Loved the boutique vibes of this hotel. Rooms are small but not too cramped. Very clean, the robes were nice and soft, the shampoo/conditioner smelled nice, and the water refill station was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and the cafe/restaurant downstairs is excellent. Would definitely stay here again. "
