"The Expedia ad for this property was completely misleading. It fully lacked mentioning that this was a shared unit with multiple other guests. I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such. Furthermore, the building is completely under external construction, and it is very noisy in the early mornings. The bathroom facilities were very old and the shower was leaky...

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "The room is spacious, bed comfortable, shower pressure good & air conditioning very welcome. Currently you look out onto a building site but that is only temporary. We were warmly welcomed & the language barrier was not an issue. For a bed on route to Milan it was perfect. And so was dinner. This is a small town so everything you need is close. "
