Beautiful neighborhood and close proximity to markets and restaurants. Venice only 20 minutes by tram. Our host kindly provided complimentary tickets to Venice. We enjoyed our stay very much. "We were told that the apartment building had a lift. It does not! The apartment is on the third floor. As two of us have mobility issues it spoiled it for us. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped although some of the kitchen tools need replacing - loose handles on cooking ladles and blunt knives.
