"Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rusty the dog was so sweet. Property is great for children with the pool and animals, but there are a lot of stairs when walking and exploring. I’m not sure it would work for everyone. We got in late after the restaurant was closed, so they had sandwiches and fruit prepared in our room without us even asking. It was the little touches for us. We loved it here! Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic location with stunning views. The public areas are lovely, beautifully designed and immaculately clean. The restaurant was surprisingly upmarket, considering it's location half way up a mountain, and the food was tasty and well prepared. The garden rooms were understandably basic, but again well equipped and perfectly clean, although probably overdue an update to the bathrooms. The only real spoiler was the apparent lack of any soundproofing between the garden rooms, which allowed us...

"The individual chalets were adorable. The breakfast included was hardy and delish. They are also a restraunt and the dinner food was excellent. They are in a convenient location to get to La Paz waterfall gardens and Poas volcano. Used their laundry service that was wonderful. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I would def stay there again."
