"Nice studio unit. Very clean with comfortable bed. Easy to get to with off-street parking.Nice large TV with streaming available. No cable so we couldn’t watch the NFL playoffs :-(Only negative we found was that the water pressure was low in shower. Overall, really nice place!"

"Great place, great location, Parking on the street is no big deal. The back yard is just a small concrete pad, not important to me. The overall decor is top notch. Place looks brand new with many flower arrangements located throughout the house. The small bedroom mattress was not that comfortable but other to choose from. Looking for a more upscale home, this is it."

"The neighborhood is a little sketchy and not really close to anything. You definitely don’t feel safe walking around. House was nice, needs updated pillows and more furniture in the living room instead of 2 futons. "

"We stayed for 6 days/5 nights to go to a college bowl game. The house was very conveniently located for the stadium. The pool was amazing and the yard is adorable. The house was very clean and well decorated. There was an issue with the air conditioning so we let the management company know and they provided solutions and were very responsive and it got fixed quickly. It was greatly appreciated. There is a foundation issue in the laundry room so as they await repairs there is baseboard water...

"The location, next to the charming Ybor City and very close to the trolley line is perfect. The house is cute and nicely decorated but the listing is incorrect. It says Sleep 10 but it can only sleep 8 and the 4th bedroom is actually a laundry room with bunk beds. The dining table can only seat 4 and the living room has sofas for 5 people only. The outside is cute and can seat more people weather permitting. The host was quick to respond when we had an electrical problem and brought us items...
