"What a great spot this was to stay at, especially if you liked Friend's on TV! Very clean, great communication from the owner, and great location to Ybor! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Small house, but it had lots of space. We had 2 couples and with 2 bathrooms, it was ideal. Any future trips to Tampa, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....

If your’re looking for a very modern contemporary place, this is NOT it. But if you are a group or family looking to spend time together, this may be perfect! It’s older and a bit worn but you don’t have to worry about every little move you make might cause damage. It’s pretty basic. "
