"My sister & I stayed here for a sisters weekend and loved it. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall. "

"Beautiful building and condo. Great location near the Silos, restaurants and a short distance to Baylor. Few downsides: early morning freight train whistle and loud music from nearby nightclub Thursday night ( no music Tuesday and Wednesday. "

"It was a great stay. Facility was clean and very nice. Lots of room and well situated to Waco and its events. We utilized the fitness machines as well. Reserved parking was appreciated. The only downside was the windows in the historic building are very old and the traffic noise in the master bedroom was loud. We chose to sleep in the smaller interior bedroom for this reason. "
