"7/14/24: A family group of eight (3 generations) stayed at "The Ranch" (our granddaughter came up with that name). The place is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. There are many things to do there from hanging out at the pool and BBQing, playing a game of pool, or going for a walk and spotting whitetail deer (especially in the morning). The location is remote and secluded to get away but also Waco is only a short drive."

"We arrived to a quant home located within the Baylor bubble. The home is nicely decorated. We had great nights of sleep as the beds were very comfortable and the rooms cooled down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. When we arrived, temperatures outside were over 100 degrees and the home was a balmy 78 degrees. Over the course of the evening the temperature didn't come down and climbed a bit higher, so I messaged the property manager and they sent a technician that evening. I was shocked....

"The property is awesome , very secluded . Fire pit was used ever night and the kids enjoyed the basketball 🏀 time . Rooms are mid sized except the master bedroom. Kitchen is small and could use some updated items. The porch is fantastic."

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was very comfortable with extra soft blankets and towels provided. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is out in the outskirts of Waco but close enough to down town to drive (about 10-15 minutes)."
