"It is hard to find a cheap place to stay in the heart of Providence; so if you are looking for that, this is the place to stay! I think my biggest issues with it was security (it does have a code to get into the building and your room, but other than the security cameras, there is no front desk etc) and noise. The walls are very thin so you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, the people in the hallway and the people on the street. Other than Saturday night where I heard lots of people...

"I love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. "

"Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors.
