"The communication from the host was great, the atmosphere was beautiful I felt like I was at home. I do not have a single complaint about this property. Johanna was awesome at replying to every single message I sent, and the house was ready when I got there. When I walked in I immediately felt the vibe of the house and it helped me get comfortable quick. I invited some friends over and it accommodated us perfectly. Every single room in the house had EVERYTHING we needed and the beds there...

"Very nice property Only suggestion would be in kichen.no measuring cups , mixer and dish drying rack next to sink. Am a cook and those cheap simple Things make a big deal. Minor but your stuck when you dont have it. A couple doesnt always use dishwasher . A rack would be handy__ I"

"A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean."

"This is a very small cottage and would not recommend for more than two people. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Sufficient linens and towels. We stayed in the winter and there was no snow shovel nor ice melt and we had several snowstorms during our stay. The location is good as there are several good restaurants nearby. There are several state and local parks nearby with excellent walking paths."

"The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well. We enjoyed sitting on the porch...

"This is a great property. Walkable to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is functional and the fenced yard was a bonus for my small dog."

"We were in town for a funeral with Perry McStay, St Luke’s and The Old Grist Mill being the gathering points. The location of this property was perfect for traveling between these venues. The bedrooms were spacious and offered each family member privacy, while the common areas gave us space for conversations and visiting.The host/hostess was readily available for any questions and returned all messages in a timely fashion. Having the grocery store, CVS, and some restaurant choices in walking...

"This was the perfect place for our family. We were in town for a funeral. The front living room is so cozy. It has the coolest fire place. We had our cousins come over and play on the cool structure outside. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Great rental. Well appointed and very clean. Good communication. I appreciated the convenience features such as sewing kit, bandaids, mouthwash, qtips etc as I ended up needing quite a few. The book of local info and restaurant menus was also very useful. I also was pleasantly surprised by the welcome Bottle of wine. Nice touch! "
