The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. "The staff was a life saver. My car broke down when we arrived and Gregorio helped with the battery issue. We couldn't start my car. We could not drive to get dinner or food. He helped and ask his friend for a favor and brought us tacos for dinner. Sold us delicious wine. So it was yummy tacos and delicious wine for our first night. THANK YOU Gregorio!!"
