"The property was a nice place to stay. The hosts super kind and attentive. They could improve the cleaning. There was dust in some places and the shower's floor didn't look very clean either. I would recommend this property only if you have a car because it is not very close to the downtown area. The first room we were moved into was very large and didn't cool much with the AC, so we asked to move into a smaller room, which the staff kindly accepted. That one was very comfortable."

"We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. Building 2 of the hotel is beautifully designed and a perfect sanctuary in busy Valladolid. We especially appreciated Gabriel’s genuine warm welcome and assistance. One detail left us surprised at the end: we were told we could leave a small load of laundry into be done. So we did.
