"It was an economical hotel that is well kept. Our main complaint is the noise from the bar. One night we were there the music played very loud until very late, which disrupted our sleep. There was no chair in our room. It’s nice to have an alternative place to sit instead of the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a convenient location, a few blocks from centro. "The hotel is modern and in a wonderful location… Right across the street from the Malecon and within a couple of minutes of the historic center. The room was comfortable, and the employees were friendly and accommodating. My only negative is that the food/meals, were quite costly. Look elsewhere for this."

"Lovely room superb setting and an amazing experience. Having the cenotes on the property was the highlight, they were fantastic. We arrived early well before checkin and they kindly accommodated our suitcases but unfortunately the cafeteria which was the only place to get food for miles was closed that day. It should have been opened between 9-2.00 as stated on the WhatsApp they sent us previously so we were only able to buy crisps and biscuits for lunch and tea. This was the only negative, the...
