Dog-friendly home on 11 acres overlooking nt'l forest with fireplaces & patio

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (31)
"We were two families (8 people) and had plenty of space. We loved the quiet location--it took us about 25 minutes to get to Taos ski resort and 20 to get into Taos town. One thing to be aware of is that the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door--the entire upstairs is the master bedroom. This was fine for our group with older kids but just something to be aware of for those with younger kids. The beds do have some of the scratchiest sheets and worst pillows of any vacation home I've ever...

Secluded, dog-friendly adobe home with patio, kivas, & washer/dryer

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"Hands down this is the most beautiful, most comfortable, most unique property we have ever had the privilege to rent. If and when we return to Taos, there will be no other option for us but to reserve this amazing home. Is it a little bit of a challenge to drive to? Yes - but oh my gosh - it's so worth it. We felt as if we had a mountain to ourselves; surrounded by trees and absolute peace and quiet, we were able to give ourselves and our dogs exercise without leaving the property. The house is...

Modern Mountain Living

"The true gem of this property is the property management- adobe. Greg came out on New Year’s Eve to fix a water heater problem. He was kind and easy to work with. We were so grateful! The house was beautiful. The kids had an absolute blast! "

Quiet Mountain Retreat - Fireplace, Pizza Oven, WiFi, Washer & Dryer, Dogs OK

8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (18)
"We walked in, there was no running water, beds were not made, sink was piled with dirty dishes, toilets were full of human waste. After waiting an hour and not getting any helpful response from the property managers, we left and had to make our own lodging arrangements for that night. 4 hours later, the property manager told us how to turn on the pumps for the well water and they would have the placed cleaned in the morning. For some reason, they thought we should sleep dirty beds and try and...

Casa Angel - 3 Bedroom Pet Friendly Home with Amazing Valley and Mountain Views

2.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This spacious house was the perfect place for our family of 5 ( and dog) to spend Christmas. Although only 3 bedrooms are listed, the game room is separated from the rest of the house and served as a 4th bedroom for us. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make many of our meals at home. The yard was huge with amazing views and fenced in which kept our dog safe. The location was perfect halfway between the town of Taos and Taos Ski Valley. Roads were not iced over yet but the driveway...

Rustic Setting, Modern Mountain Luxury

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (3)
"Brick floor was unique but very hard on bare feet. Hot tub needs better path to it or suggest to future guests they bring flip flops. Arrived on rainy day and needed 4WD to make it to the home. Glad we had our Jeep."

Coyote Mountain cabin retreat, serene exclusive privacy in the tall pines

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (48)
"The perfect mountain getaway. Gated, private drive, one-track, 4wd road up a secluded, top notch adobe house for 1 to 4 people. Take provisions and never leave. You will enjoy solitude, real peace and quiet with fantastic views (I never saw another person off-road). Or, it’s close enough to enjoy dining in Arroyo Seco and Taos. Yes, you will hear coyotes at night and see local animals. Thank you for building this place. I’ll be back! "
