First off, I told myself I would NEVER stay at another Super8, anywhere in the USA. BUT, choices were limited when I was booking in March for an August event, which was sold out. So I knew I would have to bite the bullet and stay again at a Super8. That said, We arrived about 15 minutes before the 3pm check-in. The lobby was full of people. That is because they wanted an EXTRA $35 for early check-in. I was already paying $168 for this place. So we waited with the rest. Then once I was checking in at the 300pm time, not all our rooms were available. UGH. Glad I did not pay extra. Once in our rooms, they were missing smoke detectors, coffee pots, or even cups/mugs. There is no literature about facility safety or even WiFi info. The sheets are EXTREMELY thin and there was no mattress cover/protector. I knew this because the thin sheets crept up off the corners of the mattress, which was stained. I would post pictures but there does not seem to be that function. On a positive note, the shower panels were nice and new, and the towels, while not large, were very plush. Shocker. The staff was patient with all the chaos, but not budging on the early check-in. Breakfast was minimal, grab-and-go high-carb items, as expected in lower-end establishments. I wish Wyndham would invest a little money in this segment of their line-up. NOW I will for sure NEVER stay at another Super8. Best of luck.
