Wonderful stay near Taos

"We loved our stay at The Red Earth Palace. It is a really cool house sited in a beautiful and somewhat remote area near Taos. It is along the Rio Grande where you can hike down to the hot springs. We had a very relaxing and peaceful weekend. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The kitchen is very well setup with all the tools you could possibly ask for. The host, Katherin, is wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful home."

"A wonderful stay in unique accommodations. It was exactly as I expected and the remoteness and quiet was welcome. Thank you for putting those large windows around the bed. The weather cooperated on a few nights and the stars put on a show for us. How cool to be cozy in bed and seeing the stars surrounding us. The hot tub was a great addition. There seemed to be some construction/work being done around the property which took away a small bit of the ambiance but, I still highly recommend staying here. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the it’s a fun place to be tucked away. "

Stargazing Earthship Retreat in Taos with Outdoor Fire Pit

Great Stay away from town

"Had a great stay at the Stargazing Earthship Retreat. The house was clean, the check out instructions were clear and not onerous. The property was quiet and slept myself and my two daughters comfortably. Very close to the gorge and town was just a bit further. The heating/cooling system took a bit to figure out, but was described in the online house documentation. Would stay again!"

The location feels remote and offers breathtaking scenery, but you're still close to town. We would love to stay here again! "

Perfect getaway!!

"Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Starting with the reservation process and the communication with Doug. He was very detailed with instructions and recommendations to maximize our visit. The place was very easy to find once you look for the majestic King Kong gates. The space is well fenced, and the tiny home is the cherry on top of it all. Clean and plenty of tools to cook, etc. all amenities work as listed. The hot tub is amazing!!! Overall the place is great. The hot springs and river are also a great amenity. It’s like glamping!! Above all, Doug was amazing and he was even able to help us with a scary situation while in town. 100% recommended. "

Taos Sunny Straw Bale Home- Winter Specials- Entire House- Close to Everything-

Wonderful home

"We celebrated Christmas at the Straw Bale House and had a great time. Beds were very comfortable (and we are pretty picky about that) and really neat to experience how well the sun heats the house all on its own during the winter months!Owner Holli was VERY responsive to any questions and even provided a nice welcome basket for us! Convenient to Taos and we spent many days hiking, and enjoying the restaurants in town. The neighborhood gave my 20 children the ability to continue their marathon training around the community. Easy drive Santa Fe to Ski Santa Fe and be apart of the "Margarita Trail" and tour the historical locations."
