"This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. "The Home was amazing and very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. Beautiful, private and quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV and Netflix service - free of charge, awesome for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. "This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square. It was clean and well taken care of. I also enjoyed the old charm of the building. The host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants/markets and was avalible if we needed anything. I don’t think I could have asked for anything else. "The villa is fantastic. Spacious, lovely grounds and pool. The villa is in an ideal location for commuting to Madrid within half an hour by bus. I would highly recommend this villa, and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again for another holiday!"
