It is on top of a mountain and in the country so you can expect to see bugs in your room like spiders, mosquitos, stink bugs, but they are mostly all harmless and more of a nuisance than anything. "I had read reviews and hotel advertising and seemed worth the additional cost so booked to stay here. I arrived early and found the location problematic because it's on a busy road and there is NO place to park a car. Not even an welcome entrance area so one doesn't know what to do. It meant driving back and forth a few times ending up parking in the gas station across the road. With this being already stressful to then arrive and the main doors locked! 11:30 am! "Adler was truly and amazing experience from start to finish. Before we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They helped us book transfers from Rome and to Florence as well as a great wine tour referral. The property is incredible. The website and pictures do not do it justice. The ability to walk within 5 mins to a the most quaint Tuscan village with multiple restaurants to choose from was and added bonus. Views are the picture perfect Tuscan vacation! "Before booking, one should make sure that it is not a hotel, but an individual apartment on the farm. Nothing around, no place for breakfast. The internet Wifi did not work. Had to call to get the AC turned on, but they did it. You can communicate only with a lady over the phone, nobody onsite to communicate with in english. At least 3-4 kms from the town. We liked the farm setting, but lot of bugs in there and not clean, i guess it could be due to farm. But, don't expect a clean room like...

"We stayed here in November. Our host was very friendly. The villa had a great views into the valley. Surrounded by farmlands. Comfortable big bed and lots of space in the bedroom. The kitchen worked well.as did the wifi."
