"I had read reviews and hotel advertising and seemed worth the additional cost so booked to stay here. I arrived early and found the location problematic because it's on a busy road and there is NO place to park a car. Not even an welcome entrance area so one doesn't know what to do. It meant driving back and forth a few times ending up parking in the gas station across the road. With this being already stressful to then arrive and the main doors locked! 11:30 am! "This is one of the best properties we've stayed during our trip around Italy. We stayed here for 2 nights and used this as the base to explore the Tuscany contryside. Pienza was such a beautiful little town and it's one of the best places to experience an authentic Italian life.
