"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"Location is great! unit is as described and very clean. kitchen is really just a microwave and refrigerator so don't plan on cooking anything. I'm not sure what counts as "ski-in/ski-out" but it is about a 7-8 minute walk including 1 elevator and 3 escalators to get to the base of the slope. The hotel is not going to go out of their way to help you once they know you are part of a VRBO so just be aware of that. However, their cookies after 3pm each day are awesome after being on the slopes all...

"John is the best! Super responsive and helpful. He was able to give me a late check out on Sunday so we could ski and avoid traffic which is a total game changer for a quick weekend getaway. Will definitely book again. "

"Awesome access to Beaver Creek village and skiing. Condo location was wonderful. Was not aware that daily cleaning/towel service was not include otherwise it was perfect. There is no stove if you plan to cook. FYI for owners, the toaster needs is broken. "
