"Lovely hotel in the very quaint Helmsley - our suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub was fabulous and spacious. All the team were friendly, efficient and courteous and very responsive. Complimentary parking and plenty of spaces was very welcome- always a plus . "

"Very good price, clean and staff very pleasant. Only downside was the noise from the road from about 6am. Would ask for a room at the back if I stayed again."
