"Hotel very clean. Disappointed that I was unable to have dinner in the bar. It was closed for renovations and I found the function room uncomfortable and lacking in privacy during my dinnertime. I would have appreciated notice of the renovations prior to check-in time."

Marion was so helpful and had snacks and drinks waiting for us on arrival. We had an issue with the heating that was dealt with immediately. Great service.
