"Used the pool but we not informed in advance that half of it was closed for swimming lessons! "

"Was moved to a room that had better Wi-Fi coverage, a minor inconvenience but the staff were always most helpful. Everything else was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.. Had breakfast and a couple of evening meals which were a good standard. In the evenings the staff were faultless and I enjoyed the comfort with a pint of Guinness. Many thanks, I stayed for four nights and would recommend this hotel. Ron Sweeney."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had a kettle for tea or coffee in our room with milk provided and delicious little cookies as well. Hillary, the owner brought us a water in a pitcher and glasses if we were thirsty. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a full breakfast to a continental breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Staff Reception and Management were all fantastic! Our stay was at a time just after the major storm but nothing was too much. I had flown in from Portugal but the stories I heard from local people who the hotel had looked after during this awful time was amazing. Well done The Ellison. "Driving into the castle, the grounds were neatly kept. The cost to stay in Belleek is reasonable. Check-in was easy; they offered a porter to deliver our luggage. The room was decorated so quaintly. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom was very clean. They offered toiletries. There was no fan in the room, but we packed one, just in case. "Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major. "

"This is a beautiful property with beautiful views. Our hosts, Anna and Vulga, were excellent. My wife and I left a day early because there was no electricity or heat due to a very strong winter storm, but that didn't diminish our overall experience. We would be happy to stay here again."
