"We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Court. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful with guiding us to local shopping and attractions. Our room was clean and spacious. Our room safe would not lock but we were provided with safe keeping of our valuables in the property main safe. Overall we really loved this property and would recommend it. "

"I stay was for business which had me arrive very late at night and depart early morning. The hotel reception did call me to clarify that I would be staying as they grew concerned at the time of evening before my arrival which I appreciated. The reception were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Car Parking facilities were free and adjoining the hotel which allowed. me to leave my car and arrive safely at the reception desk without walking outdoors. "So our stay started off great! Lovey spacious family room with a smart tv to watch Netflix on so kids were delighted. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him. "Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major. "

"If you like a modern hotel this is not the place for you. It is full of interesting old memorabilia and history. I have never come across such personable friendly staff. Fabulous meals in both the restaurant and the cafe. "
