"Everyone who worked at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The inside of the lobby was so beautiful and the courtyard as well. Also tried one of the restaurants on site the Desire Oyster Bar and it was wonderful from the workers to the food provided best oysters and hurricane drink! Would definitely come back!"

"The staff at this hotel is top tier. From front desk and management, to bar and food services, to housekeeping and maintenance, all TOP TIER. I am from MI and was stuck here 3 days due to snow in New Orleans. We left the French Quarter to be closer to the airport and WOW what a great choice. They were warm, welcoming, and kind even when short staffed and overwhelmed. Very quiet and clean for a “airport” hotel. Housekeeping staff is thorough. They have bar with great food. Extremely close to the airport. They also have a lot of tv channels."

"This was my first time staying here and I liked it so much that I extended my stay. It’s in a great spot and close to everything without being so close that it’s noisy. The grounds are clean, well lit, lobby is lovely and decorated for Mardi Gras. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating, too. The lobby has a small area where you can buys snacks, drinks, coffee, use the microwave and they even have dog treats for the furry 4 legged visitors. My brother recommended this hotel. He stayed one October and it was super clean, well out and all decked out for fall. This is my new favorite place! "
