"Great holiday house, had everything we needed, two decks give options for outdoor seating depending on wind direction. Great view and proximity to the beach. Would recommend and look to book again in the future."

"Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean."

"We booked the house for my birthday. My plan was to relax and have some quality time with family and our two dogs. The location is spectacular and the house was warm, clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were great, from stove to coffee machine. The one and only disappointment was the tv, but who needs a tv being in such a beautiful spot! A huge bonus point I want to give for friendliness, responsiveness and great communication with the owner/manager! Well done! We’ll be back!"

"Home was easy to find, very easy to check in with auto lock on the door - great idea. Super convenient for visiting the Dunedin area and sights. Comfortable bed, lovely sheets - good shower room. If large group staying at house would struggle a little with dishes in kitchen. Bare essentials there and good, just lacks large bowls and serving dishes. Would recommend."

"Really lovely house in a beautiful location. Made use of the kayaks which was great with plenty of other stuff to use. House was well equipped too. Was a great stay and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. James & Sarah"

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"We loved the Professor’s house, great jazz wonderful books, beautiful views and a cosy house what more could you want on a winter break. Felt special to share in his wonderful family home. There was plenty of room, comfy beds, and a great shower. The sourdough loaf was much appreciated and completely consumed. We would love to come back and have the summer experience later in the year."

"Having visited last year, we stayed a little longer this time. The property is absolutely idyllic - it is all could wish for and more. The views, whatever time of day or whatever the weather, are wonderful. It is a place of comfort, relaxation, and calm, and we love it. Thanks to Glenn for sharing this gem."

"Very cosy for my partner and I, lovely view and has basic necessities plus some extras like beer, wine and fruit! Fire place was lovely. "

"The house suited what we needed to accommodate various family members and to be close to our Dunedin family. Really appreciated the wood burner which kept the living space cosy on the cold winter mornings and evenings. Nadine and Jake were very responsive to queries and fixing the dripping tap. Overall very happy."
