"It’s cozy and nice but the fireplace in the room isn’t working? There’s a weird plastic bag full of sheets and a jar in the hallway for the whole day. Weird. But it’s clean and affordable and friendly."

There were problems with getting items up to the room...sometimes several calls were required, but eventually things got sorted out."
