"Great house with the added bonus of the use of pool and tennis court."

"We had the perfect base for our Martinborough visit. The bed was super comfortable, great shower and lots of hot water. Very well equipped with everything. Loved the space and inside/outside balance. 'Hot' tub (because we dialled the temperature down,) was a great relaxer at the end of a day of exploring and walking. We would happily stay again. Few things needed attention but property agents responsive to contact."

"Great spot and house layout made it perfect for us, two bedrooms had common spaces between so we’re able to share but also have own space. Nice deck to hang out on and great to have two AC units as we lucked in with really hot days and nights during our stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Greytown at your place. Greytown is a lovely area with a nice community vibe and shops. The place was well located to shops and eating places. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The property itself had everything we needed and it was a bonus that the beds were comfy and the place had a table tennis table which we enjoyed using. "We loved our stay at Seacapes 3. How could you not love a view of Kapiti among other islands with the relaxing sound of the lapping waves. The studio is well designed and equipped. Micheal was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. We would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful home surrounded by nature. Great communication with host. Although it seems isolated, there are neighbors within close proximity therefore must keep music to a minimal. Otherwise great for a quiet getaway."
