"Excellent secluded spot outside and overlooking Cheddar, out in wide open fields within a minute and up to the gorge in about 15. Rustic, cosy little house with all the essentials and a stocked wood burner. Friendly host and dogs! Also had a small milk in the fridged stocked when we arrived which was a nice touch. 2 single beds might not be up all couples' streets, but well worth it otherwise. "

"We arranged a few nights to spend some time away with our 2 sons and their girlfriends. We had the small cottage and they shared the larger one. It was ideal, we could spend time together but not on top of each other. The cottages were very well equipped, especially as we took turns cooking for each other. "Lovely annexe, beautiful views across to Glastonbury Tor. Only slight annoyance was the milking machine starting at 6 in the morning (but not really a problem, easily ignored). Close to many tourist attractions."

"Very clean, furnished beautifully. Great location for walks, for staying back and reading a book and for a short walk to a pub with lovely food and the biggest menu ever seen! Lots to do within short travel. We enjoyed an afternoon on the canal boating. Has a lovely pub/restaurant and there was a pop up food van. Ventured to Glastonbury, always an experience. Would love to go back again. "

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...
