"Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great."

"I like how the view of the city and how convenient it was to attractions and stores and I didn't like how breakfast was not included it's nice to have a luxury hotel but it would be nice to not have an extra charge for in room dining"

" 4/5 2 minutes ago on Google I enjoyed my stay at the pineapple university very much. Room was satisfactory and clean, staff were friendly and the simple touches of free beverages etc were appreciated. However after checking out I was not informed about extra charges and fees that were added to my bill. I had prepaid this room in Canadian $ which had pushed the bill to $450 for a two night stay, this was fine but then to add another $96 for Washington tax and other incidentals which I was not informed about I thought was cheeky. I can’t say that $550c for a 2 night stay was worth it. I’ve stayed in much more luxurious hotels for less. Again I was not informed of this charge. I was informed of the parking charge of $20 per night and that is it. One would think that when you prepay for a hotel they would add the Washington tax, fees and amenity fee in when you book. Not make it an extra charge. "

"They were great! When I couldn’t travel with a gift in my carry on and was rushing out the concierge didn’t let me down and packages and shipped it to me. I didn’t have to chase or worry which is priceless on the road. Thank you!"
