"We felt welcome as soon as got to the hotel. It was super convenient to the light rail. We found the surrounding area to be quite safe. The hotel was comfortable and the king bed roomy. "We absolutely LOVED our stay at Staypineapple, University Inn! The room was clean and comfortable. Upon checking in, our service dog was given her own goodie bag, and treated like a queen. We especially liked the touch of listing the names of all pets in house, in a plaque at the front desk. By far the best hotel chain if you’re traveling with your fur baby! "

"Comfortable bed, quiet location just down the street from Portage Bay Cafe (the bomb). Extra amenities fee added on checkin for thing we'd never buy (water bottle, drinks from the concierge). Not such a "great deal" after the extras were added. It worked for us, great location for our needs."
