"This is the second time we have stayed at lux Belle Mare and it didn’t disappoint! Nothing is too much bother, the rooms and hotel spaces are five star and plenty of things to enjoy! The food is incredible and not your average buffet! Literally the best hotel for couples and families with five star expectations! Beautiful beach and pool "

"Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often."

"Second visit to this lovely hotel and nearly as good as 9 years ago. Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating. Apart from that it was wonderful "

"This was a last minute booking as my flight was delayed overnight. The property was newly built and very modern and stylish. I arrived earlier than expected and thankfully my room was already ready so I was able to have an earlier check-in. I was met by a very friendly and lovely lady who offered me a wet towel and a glass of lychee juice. She showed me around, took me up to the rooftop and gave me all the information that I needed. The room was just as the photos showed and I was very happy with it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding, oh my goodness, the linen was SO soft! The free breakfast is also fantastic. In addition to a selection of pastries, yogurts, cold meats, cheese and fresh fruits, there was the option of a cooked breakfast to order-eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage. The only problem I had was that both sinks had drainage issues and were blocked. I forgot to mention this to the reception but I’m sure that they would have sorted it out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t hesistate to stay there again. "
