"Initially we had problems finding the placing ( the address on Hotels.com does not show a street number ) and only found it after a google search of “jags villa”. It is, though, quite close to the airport and once you find it access to the airport is very easy. The slight downside is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, you have to drive to the other side of the airport to a nice mall to get anything. "Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Les lits sont très confortable et il y a une petite cuisine partagée à utiliser avec frigo, evier etc. L'Auberge est tres bien situé au bord de la mer, sans plage mais avec un bel promenade et proche de l'aeroport. la plage à Blue Baie n'est pas loin. Beaucoup des restaurants très proche à pied. Nous avons passé deux séjours la pendant notre tours d'Ile Maurice et La Réunion. Tout etait très bien passé. Merci."

"What i was offered and what the room was, were two different things. The manager understood my point and offered me a “upgrade” at a additional price. After checking into my upgraded room, the tv did not work, and the water of the shower was cold and then hot. The room also had a funny smell.... On the upside... The staff was very friendly and helpful."

No tea or coffee in the room except a kettle. The bed and mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The mattress protector was of plastic material. "They promised us a hotel room and when we reached there showed us to an off hotel property which looked like a dumpster. No internet, no linen, no exhaust in the bathroom and very dingy place. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS HOTEL or EXPEDIA for that matter as they did not verify the same."

"The Hotel was in a super location great food everyday new theme for food fresh and service was great staff very friendly especially Gigi and Vic. Free glass bottom boat trip and very helpful boathouse staff. Worth every penny for this superb holiday. "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. We’re already planning our return trip. "
