The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"Great location to subway, only 1 stop to the airport or 1 stop to Hakata for the Shinkensen. Check in was not as straight forward as it should of been - the booking code wasnt active so didnt work. Messaged them through expedia and they sorted it so we could get in. No keys, we just took a photo of the codes to open doors. There is quite alot of road noise during the night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. The is a restaurant downstairs which was good/convenient. Family...
