"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

There are convenience stores (I actually sent my carry-on suitcase to the airport via the Family Mart across the street), grocery stores, and restaurants (including a yummy bento place) nearby, along with 2 convenient train stations. "Apartment was clean and located near to travel links. Good amenities nearby. The apartment is right near a train line so expect noise regularly even with doors closed you are able to hear this loudly. Didn't cause us any issues but something to be aware of. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious compared to hotels I’ve stayed in before. We stayed in the premier room which was perfect for our family. We came to Japan for my dad’s birthday, and having separate rooms gave my dad the privacy he needed and also for myself and my daughter. The location is superb and close to everything. Convenience store is right in front so we constantly picked up snacks and any toiletries. The neighborhood is very safe and H2H is new and clean. "

"The place is quite small, it’s difficult to move around even only two person. The draw back is we only have one bath towel for each person for ten days stay, we asked for additional and they want to charge us additional fee?? 10 days is quite a long time without cleaning and additional sheets/towels!!"

"My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at the Liz Osaka Castle, there were soo many beautiful Sakura at the park next to the bridge. And on the other side there was a Hanami Matsuri near Japan MINT. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time there, I really like having a kitchen to cook in as well. The kids having their own room was a bonus as well. Definitely recommend. "

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "

"Kids love it. Accommodation is clean and conveniently located to Universal Studio. The only downside is that we have to transfer to Osaka or Shin Osaka every time when we explore other part of the city or nearby city"

"On arrival, our room got upgraded to a suite. The room was considerably spacious and the bathroom was equally very spacious with its own vanity counter (big plus!). The interior was modernly designed and clean. Breakfast was included during our stay and everything we had, Japanese and Western cuisines, were all very delicious. Dotonburi was probably a 10 min walk, but is overall walkable to many dining options, maybe a bit more for shopping. The hotel does have it's own entrance from the subway level too. Overall, I'd stay here again for sure"
