"Hotel staff were very helpful and super nice. They helped us with transportation as well as give us information on where we can take the train to get to places. They used google translate when they had a hard time explaining what they meant. The hotel was very clean and organized and staff were always there to help when needed. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was also great for my family to just get a quick bite to eat and was super convenient. They also had souvenir shop with it too. The amenity bar was super and location to nearby train station as well as Universal Studios park was just across the street. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit."

"Room was modern, clean and spacious. All amenities were provided. Bed was a little hard for our liking but that seems like a standard in Japan. We did not use their restaurants but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient. Hotel is in an office area but the main tourist area as well as shin osaka is a short subway ride away. We will consider staying here again. "
