"I enjoyed my stay at the Rishi Villa. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in on us, especially since it was my daughter's and my first visit to Bali. There was always someone available to help. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away and small shops around the corner. The area is quiet, and the pool is nice and clean."

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."

"The location of the hotel was far from the city center. It takes between 30 min to an hour, depending on traffic, to get to where the tourists spots are. The hotel itself is a nice place to stay for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The restaurant, which serves good food, is across the road. Closes at 10pm. The pool, the sauna, ice bath are the reasons we stayed here, and it did not disappoint. The only thing that bothered us, being 2 friends sharing the room, is that the bathroom has no privacy...

"We were four of us staying at the Bugenvil Villa. The pool was deep and simply phenomenal and it was a luxury to have breakfast prepared for us every day. The service is simply top and every room is spacious with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. I simply love the courtyard with the outdoor sea, living room and kitchen. The personnel are extremely friendly and make one feel so welcomed. The area is also quiet and very green. Truly a paradise and a gem in Bali. "

"BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured and very beautiful from the walkway to your pool to the room and even the bathroom! Big soaking tub. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and they even brought us our breakfast earlier because we had an early start that day. Breakfast was so good! Highly recommend!"
