"Very helpful staff"

"Photos looked amazing but actual property was aged 20 years and laid forgotten thereafter. There was only 1 reception staff around to cater to the entire premises (granted that I only saw two other couples stay around us). The room was large with two stories, however upon check-in, noticed that cleanliness was subpar (stains in glasses, bathtub not cleaned). Housekeeping was only once a day and two pax to clean the entire place (hence not possible to be thorough - and they only spent 15 mins)...

"This was the vest way to end our trip all around Bali. The Villas are huge, very private and wonderful to just escape away and hide in. Your private pool is wonderful, and the bedrooms are massive. We loved it. The only negative is that there is not much around, but that was fine for us as we hardly left the villa during our 2 nights. Will definitely be back."

"People were lovely but very over priced. Certainly not the luxury they suggest. Bathroom/shower very old and run down. Tv was too old so no Netflix etc. everything had an extra charge warning, including taking a towel from one bedroom to the other. Extra charges warning if someone was to visit etc. Breakfast was sooo bad (included) but I still went elsewhere. Didn’t even have a coffee machine. No bar for drinks. "

"Beautiful villas set in verdant surroundings. The large private pool and the jacuzzi attached to the villa made my family stay particularly memorable. The service is excellent and the staff are very polite, courteous and very responsive. Overall, an enchanting place I would recommend wholeheartedly. "
