"Excellent staff, super helpful and courteous. The hotel itself can use a facelift. The pool was clean the first few days of my arrival but disgusting by mid-week and wasn’t cleaned for the rest of my stay. Swim up bar lacked items from menu and the restaurants in the hotel were usually closed or didn’t have menu items either. However, there were restaurants within walking distance and Uber Eats is also in abundance. Travel in December is a beast from this location. "
