"This proved to be one of the superior B&Bs we have ever used. Apart from the comfort and cleanliness we discovered two small brownies and two KitKats on the tea tray. Breakfast was delicious - porridge, fresh fruit salad, any cereals, full breakfasts and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon . Very inexpensive."

"Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area. "

Easily my favourite place to stay in the Lakes!

"Brilliant, cosy inn with restaurant, and great rooms and Teapigs in the rooms… beats a cheap coffee sachet. The staff were really friendly, and my daughter and I loved our stay for two days climbing in the Lakes. The breakfasts are superb too. "
