"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) "We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it...

"A very nice option to stay in Ulanbataar and probably one of the best 3-star hotels I ever stayed in. Clean, very nice rooms, nice gym. Breakfasts were very repetitive, but good for a 3-star hotel. The only problem with this hotel (and not really the hotel's fault) is its location. Due to the very heavy traffic in the city it takes a long time to reach the center of the city and there's not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel. "
