"Hotel description says unlimited free parking, but this is street parking. Only place to park was in the drive in front of the hotel- blocking other cars. We were Told to move, but a Porche was allowed there later. Small room, bathroom door doesn't slide. Tiny room, even for one person. Be sure to indiCate how many people, or you'll get stuck with a tiny single room. Steep spiral stairs not friendly for wheeled or hEaheavyvy suitcases."

"From the minute, I arrived, the staff were very engaged, helpful and supportive. The taxi driver would not take a credit card for payment, which has never happened to me in Germany and the concierge didn’t miss a beat and just went out and paid for it so I could get settled into my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people, the location in the overall layout of the hotel. "
