"Great stay. Really enjoyed our time. Nice kids club and kids pool with slides. The only issue was the chlorine in the kids pool one day was too much. They did fix this in the afternoon but we saw them check chlorine levels in the morning so not sure why it was missed. The Lara area is quite noisy as all hotels have outside theatres. One night the neighbouring hotel was blasting music until 23.30. Not the Concordes fault but just something to note about this area. Soundproofing is good but can only do so much. Food was good. Lots of choice. Rooms comfortable. Pay a bit more for a higher room with resort view room rather than city view (which faces mosque so you get woken by call the prayer) as, overall it is a quieter area."

"We stayed for 7 nights. It had great dining options, bars and superb entertainment. My 5 year olds enjoyed the kids club and kids entertainment. Overall great place to stay for a family vacation. We also enjoyed the hamam and turkish bath, excellent massage too. Strongly recommend this resort ! Only feedback is regarding room cleaning which can be better. "

"A nice all inclusive hotel.Food was good. But as being a vegetarian, all foods , veg and non veg were kept together. Request for keeping it separately and well labeled "

"My stay with my family at Akra Antalya was amazing. The property has recently been renovated which means the whole hotel has an aura of modernness about which exudes itself in all of the fittings and furnishings. We went for a suite which had ample space and room for our toddler and was tastefully decorated with unbelievable views of the Bey mountains. The service has been second to none. Our room came with access to a private lounge which provided more than enough beverages and dining options for us all, throughout the day. I want to make a special mention to Akin and Evren in the Urban Chic Lounge - these guys truly went above and beyond, especially for my toddler with no request being too much trouble for them. Honestly, these guys are a testament to great customer service. Would highly recommend and we will be back if we decide to come back to Antalya!"

"Situated in downtown area, parking was difficult for vans although the valet parked it for us. The facility, breakfast area and the staff is really good. This was the only hotel in Turkey where most of the staff spoke in English. "

"The view was absolutely stunning. Fridge had free waters, coke and cookies. They were able to provide a pack and play for my baby to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work. It would randomly turn on and then just turn off all night and the front desk always had a different excuse for it. We went in April so it wasn’t unbearably hot"

"The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods "
