I also loved the overall vibe of the place — it’s calm and professional, yet still incredibly welcoming. Every staff member is not only fantastic at their job, but also genuinely respectful and kind. You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "

At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."

"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out.
