"This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. "Really enjoyed the food at both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants (the turkish restaurant was my favourite). Good pools, slides were fun, I found the foam at the pool party stung my eyes, but otherwise was good fun. Beach bar at sunset was the best, with music playing and a chilled vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jiva."

"Room was just OK. No elevator to the room. Stairs to the room were very dirty. Food in the main Resturant is mediocre. Lots of it but lacks taste ( quantity vs. quality). "
