"From start to finish. The service was impeccable. Helen was very helpful. Very dog friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was fairly big. Would def recommend and i will be going back at some point. "

"Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! We were served with nibble’s without a plate and had to asked for it. Little things can make a big difference! Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay - thank you. "

"From reception to Maggie at breakfast and the restaurant staff, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The double room was a good size, kept very warm (which was welcome given the cold January snap) and the bed comfortableThe room overlooked the outdoor eating area - January so no business there - and the kitchen roof with its extraction unit - which started around 7:30 am. Breakfast was well cooked and the flexibility given dietary issues was very welcome. The on-site parking was usually available (again January visit so not too busy)."

"Was the perfect get away, not too far from Cromer with beautiful walks straight out the front door! The only little issue was the walls were rather thin so could hear people upstairs talking! The pool area was lovely with sauna steam room and hot tub! Easy to get access and turn up when you like. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. Dishwasher and everything was included! With tablets and laundry sheets provided in the apartment! "

"Staying away for work for 1-night. Room comfortable, ensuite was small. Went to use the pool but it was very small and very busy, so didn't bother. I was in room 311, which was at the start of the corridor, so later in evening there was an amount of noise outside room with others returning to their rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Got parked in car park close to main entrance. Walked to a nearby pub for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay"
