"The view off the deck did not disappoint - we saw the canyon lit up by lightening strikes, storm clouds roll over, and beautiful sunrises. We were especially grateful for the short drive back to the house after hiking to the Lighthouse formation.The house has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table."

"We were on a road trip between Austin and Las Vegas and, unfortunately, only had 1 night to stay at EC. The place is so cool and beautifully appointed with any amenities you might need. As a host myself, I appreciated all of Becky’s touches. She thought of everything! The sweet doggos greeted us upon our arrival, which was an awesome bonus. Sadly, it rained for much of our stay and we weren’t able to sit out and enjoy the fire pit, but we will definitely be back! "

"This place has everything you need - even if you have kids or pets. The location is great - very quiet (except for the amazing wildlife!) and close to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Furniture is comfortable and everything in the house is labeled for convenience. The garage is a nice bonus, because you don't have to leave your car in the heat. Our pups really enjoyed the fenced back yard (note: coyotes are very bold - make sure to keep an eye on smaller pets) This is the best vacation rental we have had yet! "

"The cabin was rustic yet modern. We had some beautiful Stormy weather while we were there. We love the isolation back at the back of the property. The patio was overlooking the field with a longhorn cattle. We had a few red birds come and visit. The furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved the big soft blue towels! The coffee and snacks were a plus. "

"Hummingbird haven, koi pond gurgling, screened in porch. The cabin itself is so very adorable. We watched the horses and other wildlife. Would definitely come again."
