"Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. "

"3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed in Waterville Estates, but the first time in this house. There were six adults in our group (some stayed for different lengths of time) with two young children and a baby. The community and the house were great although I think the house was better suited for a family of two adults with children. The twin mattresses were comfortable for children but not great for adults. "

"If your idea of a weekend in NH leaf peeping is a quaint rustic cottage, this is it, with all creature comforts provided. Close to North Conway/Jackson Village attractions but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This is definitely on our list for next year."

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"We stayed two nights for a wedding in the area and this was a great stay. The house was clean, recent updates all around, comfortable, fully functional with cute kitchen, laundry and a mud room that could be a great asset in the winter. Everyone enjoyed the bonus outdoor shower! Also our dog was welcome! "

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"We decided to get a place near where I had booked a catering event. It was a comfortable campy home. Wish we could have used the wood stove. Had a slushy/snowy day and we were happy that I did not have to drive from Maine to do my catered event( prep was done in my commercial kitchen and packed in insulated containers. We went into town after my gig and relaxed and celebrated a successful event. Joe Pirkola"
