"This cottage is in a nice location right off Moultonborough Bay. We rented a pontoon from Melvin Marine, which was very convenient. It was so peaceful this time of year. The weather was great. This 3 Bedroom 2 full Bath Cottage had everything you need to enjoy an extended weekend away on the water. The hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again."

After driving 14 hours and arriving late in the evening (7:00 pm) the keys were not in the lockbox. Then after contacting Vacasa, we did not receive keys to the property until after 9:00. "The only issue we had with the house was that the upstairs shower would not work. We also did have to shovel the landing and steps when we first arrived. The heated garage was nice to put our ice fishing gear in to dry out overnight. Plenty of room to move around. Overall, I would rent it again in the future."

"Wonderful location, beautiful views across the lake. House was very clean, downstairs shower had two shower heads, no shortage of hot water when all showers were used. We brought two boats and 8 people show up (one couple and 6 singles). Everything was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked great, nice apple orchard down the road that also sells fire wood ($60 for pickup load). "This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. "The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. It was clean, modern lake house feel and the location is incredible. We got there at night and when I woke up in the morning to see the view and walk out to the lake I was blown away! Had a small water issue that we eventually got resolved but it didn't wreck the stay. If you're looking for a cute, comfy spot...
