"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

If you are looking to be off the grid and have the amenities of a hotel, but also be close to a major town if needing something. Look no further. This is the home you should rent. The best!"

"House was great! Very short drive to gunstock mountain for skiing. The pool and hot tub was a big hit and a great way to spend some time post skiing.Highly recommended "
