"Our family liked this little stone cottage though we didn’t realize how cramped we would feel. It’s probably a better fit for a couple. The setting on the lake is nice and would probably be fun in the summer. For a rainy fall weekend, there was little to do (no games, puzzles, internet, tv wouldn’t work w/o service, no bikes or fire pit as advertised). We made the best of it but found ourselves bored in the remote location. "

"The location was ideal for our summer family summer, we were looking primarily for something within driving distance to many attractions. Grocery store was a short trip out of town. The AC is not central air, there was one mini split in the living room and fans in the basement and top floor bedrooms. Luckily we stayed during a rainy week, so it was sufficient for our stay. The bedrooms were a little confusing in the listing, there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and open room with a trundle bed....

"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "We had a short stay in mid October to observe foliage in NH. House is very very clean. Worked out well for teens to be separated form adults on the lower level that has garden acsess and a tub. House has 6 passes for free access to Sports facilities with several swimming pools, jacuzzi a well equipped gym, play room, tennis courts, basketball courts - plenty of things to do to relax and stay active in between other things NH has to offer. "

"I grew up coming up to this lake. My family owned a small log cabin across the cove. It is heart warming to know that there are still a handfull of cozy, knotty-pine paneled cabins here like the one I grew up in. This place was completely charming — big stone fireplace, beamed ceilings with skylights, large deck overlooking the water, lots of windows for natural light. "3 night stay for a girls weekend. Was an amazing lake to stay at. Owner was super friendly and very responsive. Central location to a lot of good hiking trails. Would definitely stay again! "

"The house is very beautiful and spacious. It looks even better in person. I stayed with a group of mommy friends and family, a little getaway before the new school year begins. The ladies loved the house. There were only a few complaints about the temperatures in some of the rooms and the beds were not soft enough for some of the ladies. All based on individual preference.
